Fort Mill, SC 6/23/2010 - Intrinsic Research Systems Inc., today announced the release of its latest product upgrade which includes multiple functional and data enhancements throughout the system. Highlighting the release are dozens of new screening variables, new economic time series and GICS sector bottom-up reconstructions.

New stock screening and reporting variables have been added bringing the system total to over 1,000 distinct variables. New, pre-calculated items been added to the following Intrinsic Screening/Reporting categories:

    Dividend 
    Valuation 
    Consensus Revision/Growth

Intrinsic integrates economic and commodity data for independent and side by side analysis with corporate data. New calculated economic data series such as rate spreads and real rates have been added to Intrinsic economic database bringing the total available for graphing and downloading to over 500 time series.

S&P Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) data is integrated into the Intrinsic System. The latest upgrade provides users with the ability to chart, report on and download bottom-up reconstruction data for the GICS sectors and industry groups for the S&P 500, 400 and 600. The GICS sector and industry reconstructions are also useful tools for company relative growth and valuation analysis.
